This cedar hope chest had seen decades of use before it came into our shop. The finish was worn, the wood had damage, and the piece had lost much of its original beauty. After careful repairs and refinishing, the chest now looks renewed while still keeping the character that makes heirloom furniture special. Restoring meaningful furniture is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. If you have a cedar chest, antique trunk, or family heirloom that needs restoration, we’d love to help bring it back to life.
Angie - Cedar Hope Chest is ready for another 75 years of use. You did an awesome job!!
It sure is! Thank you! It was originally made by my grandpa for one of my aunts. He made them for all 7 of his girls, my mom included. It was a special project that I think they'd all be proud of.
